Mean Mr. Mustard, played by Frankie Howerd is a realestate agent that puts the plans of FVB into motion by stealing the insturments then 'rennovating' Heartland with deubachery and gambling. He also kidnaps Strawberry Fields and sings 'When I'm 64'.

FVB is the main antagonist, a shaddowy organization that steals the magic insturments of heartland and Sgt. Pepper to influence young impressionable minds and forward their one goal of making money. Each insturment, once stolen by Mr. Mustard is sent to different villans.
Dr. Maxwell, played by Steve Martin, sings Maxwells silver hammer and runs a cosmetic surgery practice that brainwashes old rich people and turns them into young scouts for FVB.
Father Sun, played by Alice Cooper, has a brainwashing facility and sings an iconic rendition of 'Because'.
Lastly, but certainly not least, FVB themselves, played by Aerosmith sing 'Come Together' and commence an epic final battle with the new Sgt. Pepper's band, which leads to the unfortuneate death of Strawberry Fields.
